I'll Catch Up Someday...

In May, I was gone to Cleveland for a week for work and spent my first week away from my baby. That didn't stop Jax from having lots of fun though! He stayed with Mom and Daryl half the time and Andy half of the time! On one day Andy and Dad took him to his very first trip to the zoo.

He even wrote Donnie and I a letter while I was gone!!

Mom and Dad,

Just wanted to let you know what a great time I had with my favorite Auntie this week!

We played outside for TWO hours on Monday. I ran up and down in front of her house chasing my ball.  She even let me take the trash can from her garage so I could put my ball in there and drag it around too. Grandpa took me out in the stroller and I we saw some ducks.  I was having so much fun I didn't even want to take a nap. Grandpa even took a longer nap than me! I had mac and cheese for lunch and it was yummy. Grandpa took us to Bass Pro in the afternoon and I loved the talking moose and the fish. At supper for dessert I got an ice cream sandwich!

I got lonely during the night so I cried so Andy would come get me. We snuggled for a bit and then I went back to sleep. When I woke up, I got a CUPCAKE for breakfast! After my bath and my nap, we all went to the zoo. I had so much FUN! I saw lions, tigers, (no bears), giraffes, monkeys, lemurs, prairie dogs, penguins,  a BIG snake (Grandpa showed me this because Andy was too scared to look), spiders, frogs and a leopard.  My favorite were the fish! I was a little timid in the petting zoo, but I did pet a llama and a goat. I was  mostly excited about all the kids that were there and I wanted to play with them. I'm not sure why Andy and Grandpa brought the stroller because I wanted to run or be held the entire time. Here are some pictures from our fun day! Hope you will let me stay again with her soon!
